1 pound pork loin, cut into cubes ·
1 pound beef, cut into cubes ·
1 chicken breast, de-boned and cut into cubes ·
1 red bell pepper, cut into medium strips ·
1 green bell pepper, cut into medium strips ·
2 onions, cut in wedges ·
2 firm red tomatoes, cut in wedges ·
3 tablespoons butter or margarine ·
3 tablespoons olive oil ·
1 teaspoon steak seasoning ·
2 tablespoons mustard ·
1 teaspoon dry mustard ·
3 tablespoons grated onion ·
3/4 cup ketchup ·
1 1/2 teaspoons jerk seasoning ·
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce ·
salt, to taste

Season the mix of meats with grated onion, mustard and steak seasoning the day before or up to a few hours before serving. Heat oil and butter in a deep skillet or wok. Add the meats, little by little, and brown. Set aside. Add a little oil in the same skillet and slightly saute the onions, peppers. Add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and jerk seasoning, mixing well. Add tomatoes, meat, dry mustard, and salt to taste and let cook 1 or 2 minutes. Add the meat and let cook at a high temperature for another 3 minutes.
